DKV Belgium: over ten years designing and sustaining a health insurer's app

The challenge

DKV, one of Belgium's major health insurers, wanted to put a reliable app in its members' hands to manage their cover day to day — and find a partner able to sustain it over time, not just ship it once.

Our approach

We've designed, built and maintained the DKV app on iOS and Android for over ten years: account management, insurance card, submitting medical expenses straight from the phone, access to the care network. All to the security and reliability standards health data demands, with regular updates as needs evolve.
